The China Time International Development proposal combines a dynamic podium base which wraps around the site to create an elclosed inner courtyard opening to the rivers edge, and two elegant point towers; one for the office component and the other for a hotel and condominium program. All of the buildings are oriented to offer maximized views of the adjacent park, river and the historic Eight Mile Bridge of Tongzhou.
